It can withstand a variety of high-strength processing processes.

Cabinet panel color selection
The panel material of the cabinet body can choose the Sintered Stone Slabs of 1000×3000mm, 1200×2780mm, 2400×1200mm, 3200×1600mm specification as the surface material.
Because most of the wardrobes are larger, large-size sintered stone slabs can meet more shapes; In addition, the thickness of the panel is recommended to be 3-6mm, and the recommended thickness is 3mm. The thin and light thickness is convenient for compounding with the cabinet base material. If it is too thick, it will increase the load bearing of the fan blades of the wardrobe and cause deformation.
Cabinet making and installation
Step 1: Make a list of materials
According to the CAD drawings, calculate the required plates and list them one by one.
Step 2: Slate tile processing
According to the design drawings and select the appropriate panel material, it can be sent to the processing plant for processing. Special positions, such as slotting, opening, cutting, etc., are marked for deep processing and edging.
Step 3: Prepare the required tools
①Seven-inch electric circular saw, upside-down.
② Send engraving machine, flip.
③Universal guide rail.
④ Fangmao machine. After adjustment, the punching speed and quality are acceptable.
⑤ 7 inch electric circular saw. Used to cooperate with guide rails, mainly for cutting boards. The quality and accuracy of the electric circular saw are acceptable, and problems such as inclination of the cutting surface are prone to occur. It requires multiple adjustments and cooperates with the guide rail to solve the problem of opening the board.
⑥Hand drill. Hole opener, matching drill bit, cross bit, used to open holes, drill holes, and screw up.
⑦Tools. There are mainly 12.7-inch straight knife, door knife, dovetail knife, 1/4 handle ball 3-tooth tenon knife, several drill bits, 3.5 hole opener (used to install pipe hinge hole).
Step 4: production and installation of the side vertical board
Use square mortar machine and flip-chip circular saw to make mortise and tenon position on the frame wood. Using a flip-chip engraving machine, the middle baffle and frame of the door knife are processed by the door knife.
Step 5: Fabrication and installation of the top and bottom plates
① The cutting size and width need to be adjusted according to the actual size of the finished cabinet side vertical panel.
②The installation process is recommended to be installed with metal connectors.
③According to the finished cabinet vertical board as a reference, stack the horizontal board and the vertical board, the top is 1.7cm thick wood board as the standard, reserve the top board position, and draw lines to determine the punching position; the bottom board method is the same.
Step 6: Production and installation of the middle vertical board
① Cut the size according to the drawing
② Take the finished cabinet side vertical board as a reference, reserve the top board size, bottom board size, and foot line height.
③Taking the top and bottom plates of the finished wardrobe as a reference, stack the vertical plates with the top and bottom plates, and then draw lines and punch holes after determining the width.
④After this step is completed, the back panel slots should be reserved for the side vertical panels, top and bottom panels, and middle vertical panels of the wardrobe.
Step 7: Production and installation of the crosspiece
① Cut the size according to the drawing. According to the sixth step and the third step, when the vertical plate is punched and positioned, fix the wooden board at the punching position, and the remaining distance is the size of the horizontal baffle.
②Punch positioning: stack the side vertical board and the middle vertical board of the cabinet, reserve 1.7cm at the top, and then determine the position of the horizontal baffle hole according to the cabinet function setting.
Step 8: Backplane size and installation
According to the cutting size of the drawing, the size of the back plate is determined according to the method of determining the size of the horizontal baffle in step 7. Considering the size of the groove of the back plate, add about 1 cm.
Step 9: Production and installation of cabinet doors
Assemble the cabinet, and then determine the size of the cabinet door according to the actual size of the wardrobe.
Step 10: the cabinet door and the slate tile composite
Material composite, the cut product is composited with the cabinet board, and special polyurethane glue or epoxy resin AB glue is used for bonding, and the edges are closed with metal materials or other materials. Part of the materials that do not need glue to be bonded can be directly laminated with the board and use metal fasteners for edging.
Step 11: Cabinet combination and door handle installation
Install hinges at the opening and closing of the cabinet door, and drill holes in the corresponding position on the cabinet door at the same time, install the cabinet door on the cabinet body, and adjust it until it is suitable. Finally, install the door handle on the cabinet door.
